According to several blogs I've been reading it sounds like the Sportbrake could turn up at car shows next year and potentially be released as an early 2013 model. Nothing has been said about the vehicle being released in North America however.

Jaguar XF Sportbrake
Released by Jaguar as a teaser for Christmas, the still-in-development Jaguar XF Sportbrake is apparently Santa's estate of choice when making his rounds. Either that or he's robbing those kiosks. Ok, let's stick with the first one.
