140,000 km
It wasn't all that long ago that I posted about reaching 130,000km, but last Thursday I hit another mini-milestone with 140,000 km (30,000km of which I put on). Really, it mostly seems worthy of mention because I've become slightly obsessed with the life of my car. She's aged beautifully, but there seems to be a fine line between wearing the car out from use and the car just wearing out because of time. I'd rather know that I made the most out of owing my XJ8 while I had her, and I'm hoping to share a few more road trip stories this summer to prove it.

Hello :) I reached 140000km with my car as well, yesterday. I'm super proud. I understand your feelings about the car aging, but judging by the km counter being digital I think it's not so old. I had an accident last year and lost a beautiful old timer, I was heartbroken. I managed to get the same car, which was so unlikely because this particular car is very rare. I hesitated, but I'm glad I bought the car in the end. I decided I want to enjoy driving this car for as long as I can! The car btw is a 1987 Honda Integra 1.5 EX PS. I hope you're still making happy miles with your Jaguar :)
